All of our roasts are ground into our hamburger, using whole muscle cuts dry-aged for 21 days. Dry aging concentrates flavour and improves texture, giving you richer, beefier ground beef with a clean finish that cooks better and needs less seasoning.
Each order includes 10 lbs of ground beef, portioned into 1 lb packages and wrapped in traditional butcher paper for easy freezing and everyday use.
No scraps. No fillers. No mystery meat.
