After 30 years of raising cattle and shipping directly to Cargill, we—Joe and Silvia—along with our son Tyler and his wife Mandi, decided it was time to take the next step. We wanted to share the beef we’ve always been proud to produce directly with families who value farm-fresh flavor and local, responsible farming.

By selling our beef directly from our farm, we’re able to ensure the highest level of quality and transparency every step of the way—because we believe you should know exactly where your food comes from.

We care for our cattle with respect, patience, and hard work. We never forget that everything we have comes from them, and we are grateful everyday that we can share our product with Canadians.
